Javea, (Xàbia) is a small port town in the north of the Costa Blanca and lies between the Cape St Antonio in the north and Cape La Nau in the south with the residential area Balcon al Mar. The Mediterranean, with beautiful beaches of white fine sand, small and romantic, secluded bays, lapped on 25km in length, the rocky cliffs and small islands. The town of Javea (Xàbia) lies inland and has retained a historic core with tufa facades, gothic windows, wrought-iron balcony and window grilles and bright courtyards. Aduanas del Mar, the waterfront and El Arenal beach area with its commercial center are the tourist hotspots during the summer. Javea (Xàbia) offers the holidaymaker many possibilities, cultural and business centers, several golf courses, sports facilities, tennis courts, marina and much more, restaurants with national and international cuisine and the typical gastronomy of this area. The nightclubs, pubs and disco bars guarantee a fun night out. North of Javea (Xàbia) is the botanical reserve of the València region and inland, in the direction of Moraira there are extensive orchards and vineyards. Due to its unique location, the climate in Javea (Xàbia) is one of the best on Earth. Apart from a few exceptions, neither very high nor very low temperatures are measured. Even in January, the average daily temperature is still 16 degrees Celsius. The water temperature of the Mediterranean is pleasant 25 degrees in summer. Two to four rainy days a month are the average, but there are also dry periods.
