This fisherman's house extends over several levels and has a generous layout. In the entrance area, you will find a bright living and dining room with large windows offering a spectacular view of Llafranc beach and the sea. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher and a washing machine. On the ground floor, there are also two double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. One floor up, there is another double bedroom with access to a beautiful terrace offering fantastic sea views. On this floor, you will also find an additional WC. One floor higher, there is a luxurious suite with its own bathroom and a beautiful terrace with an impressive view of the Mediterranean. On the top floor, there is a cozy studio apartment with two sofa beds and a TV.

Special features of this house include direct access to the beach via the private jetty and secured access to the house using a code, so you do not need to carry keys. The lowest floor can also be used as a dining area directly on the beach, offering a unique ambiance. A garage is available just 200 meters from the house.
