The bungalow is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living and dining room equipped with a fireplace and television, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. The property features three double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. From the living and dining area, you can access a lovely covered terrace and a private front garden with direct access to the holiday complex.

Upstairs, there is a large terrace with a built-in barbecue and views over the Mediterranean community complex. A parking space is also available.
